Dear Parent/Guardian,

Thank you for applying to the Boys to Men Foundation (BTM) Mentoring Program for your child. We appreciate your trust in our program to help guide and support your young king. Please review the following policies and next steps carefully.

Application Review and Next Steps:

  1. Your application will be reviewed, and you can expect a call from a BTM representative within 48 hours to discuss how our mentoring program can support your child’s growth.
  2. During this call, we may ask about any behavioral or academic challenges that motivated you to reach out.


Program Locations:

  1. If accepted, your child may be placed at one of our mentoring locations. We have several options, including northern Charlotte near UNCC, southern Charlotte near West Blvd, and the NODA area.


GroupMe App for Updates:

  1. To stay informed about community service opportunities and program activities, we ask that you download the GroupMe app (free of charge).
  2. Please note: The GroupMe page is solely for information sharing, encouragement, and parent networking. Advertising of any kind is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.


Membership Fee and Cancellation:

  1. You may cancel your membership fee at any time through your own account.
  2. If you would like Boys to Men Foundation to handle the cancellation, it is your responsibility to contact Steviin James directly at (704) 255-5018.
