BTM strives to give young men constant positive male role models, effective relationships, community involvement, interactive teachers, open communication, love and a nurturing environment.

The right mix of knowledge, passion and rapport makes a great BTM mentor. Someone who connects with the students in a way that demonstrates a sincere desire to help, and a commitment to make a difference.

GET HELP DURING COVID-19
As a part of our program, young men and boys age 9-17 receive mentoring positive youth training and workforce development, as well as home and school visits by our qualified mentors. In order to participate in the program, parents and students must participate in our community service activities and parents must attend monthly parent workshops provided by the BTM Foundation.
