Colon cancer is the third deadliest form of cancer in the United States, yet it doesn’t have to be. In fact, it’s one of the few cancers that is preventable by screening. So, get involved in the fight to stop colon cancer. Get screened if you are at risk or are the appropriate age for screening. If you’re not quite yet in the screening demographic, use the following materials to learn and help spread the message to stop colon cancer now!

Men on the Run is partnering with Boys to Men Foundation as an organization comprised of young men and boys that are at risk youth 

On Saturday, September 26, 2020 we will be holding our second annual "Men on the Run 5K" race at North Meck High School in Huntersville, North Carolina. 

Men on the Run will be running for the awareness, cure and research for colon and prostate cancer. Our purpose is to spread awareness of colon and prostate cancer and promote colon and prostate screening. Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among men and women combine.  The American Society estimates there will be about 31,620 deaths from Prostrate cancer. 

There will be music, vendors distributing health information.

Your support will make a positive impact and help save thousands of lives. Our mission is to Run for Life!

Register now to get the Early Bird discount at $20.00. Beginning April 1, 2019, registration will increase to $25.00. Race day registration will be $30.00 and begin at 7:00 AM, ONLY DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS WILL BE THE ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT the day of the race.
